November 2024 update: Imagine is currently finishing up a couple of past projects. At this point in time, there is no plan for future funding.
Project Goals
Imagine Iowa Great Lakes creates a strategic vision to guide beautification and enhancement efforts in the Okoboji area, specifically along the Highway 71 corridor. Imagine Iowa Great Lakes goals include:
- Improving the visual quality, environment, and safety;
- Strengthening the connection to the lakes;
- Enhancing the natural environment; and,
- Introducing elements and themes that evoke the spirit of the Iowa Great Lakes region.
